Research on green coordinated development of container port based on system green measure

In order to study the green coordinated development of container port, this paper took the port group of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as research object, based on the SBM-DEA model of considering unexpected output, the spatial and temporal differences of green development efficiency of container ports in Greater Bay Area from 2013 to 2019 were analyzed by using ArcGIS 10.2 geographic information software. The global Moran index and Google Earth Pro software were used to explore the spatial correlation of green development efficiency. The results show that from the perspective

Evaluation of scientific and technological innovation ability of free trade zone based on RFWT

In order to scientifically evaluate the scientific and technological innovation ability of the free trade zone(FTZ), the rough set, random forest weighting (RFW) and tournament graph method of discrete mathematics were introduced into comprehensive evaluation of science and technology innovation ability of free trade zone(FTZ), and the random forest weighted tournament (RFWT) model was constructed. The empirical analysis was conducted based on the statistical data of China’s 12 FTZs in 2018. The results show that the sequence of scientific and technological innovation capability of th

Speed optimization of marine main engine based on comprehensive objective of speed and real-time energy efficiency

In the actual navigation environment, through the real-time optimization of the ship’s main engine speed, the ship’s energy-saving and carbon emission reduction effect can be improved. Therefore, the real-time energy efficiency operation index was derived as the monitoring index, and the comprehensive objective function of comprehensive speed deviation and real time energy efficiency operation index(EEOI) deviation was proposed. Taking “Yuming” as an example, BP neural network was used to predict the main engine fuel consumption rate and ship speed, and genetic algor

Optimization of empty container transportation in regional ports group shared by hinterland stations

In the scope of port group, considering the inland public hinterland shared by multiple ports, the optimization of empty container transportation in cooperation between sea and land was studied. On the premise that a single hinterland terminal serves multiple ports, that is, “single terminal to multiple ports”, a multi cycle mixed integer programming model was established to optimize the empty container repositioning scheme between the public hinterland and the port, and between the ports. Taking Liaoning coastal port group —northeast hinterland as object, the model was so

A two-stage robust optimization model for container liner routes allocation-transportation with uncertain demand

In view of the demand uncertainty between the ports of origin and destination in container liner transportation, a two-stage mixed integer robust optimization model of ship allocation and transportation under uncertain demand was constructed and solved by C & CG algorithm with minimizing the total cost of fleet operation as objective during the planning period. The rationality and effectiveness of the model were verified by an example. The results show that the proposed model can ensure the robustness of decision making and the economy of route allocation scheme, and help to provide mor

Numerical simulation of ship maneuvering motion under wind and current effects

Taking Fortran language as the platform, the mathematical model of two-dimensional non-uniform flow based on plane and the mathematical model of ship maneuvering were developed from the bottom layer, and by further coupling the influence of wind, the mathematical model of ship maneuvering motion based on wind and current effects was constructed. Taking a typical river section in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area as an example, the numerical simulation of ship maneuvering motion under calm wind, uniform wind and random wind effect was carried out. The results show that the ships are obviously
