Influence of tip winglet on the performances of ship fin stabilizer

In order to improve the flow structure around the tip and the comprehensive performance of fin stabilizer, the numerical study of the fin stabilizer with wingtip winglet was carried out, the effects of the fin stabilizer with/without wingtip winglet and the different installation positions of the fins on the flow field and performance of the fin stabilizer were analyzed under the conditions of certain angle of attack and incoming velocity. Evaluation on causal factors in emergency processes of fire accidents for oil-gas storage and transportation based on fuzzy dynamic fault tree
